Payments

ESSENTIALS by Dianne J accept payment with all major debit and credit cards from customers in all countries, including VISA, Mastercard, Dankort, American Express etc. Payments are handled through Stripe.

Payment will not be drawn until the item is shipped. ESSENTIALS by Dianne J encrypt all your card information, using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read off your card number or other information during the transaction with Stripe.

Shipping and customer care

Dear customer, we aim that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you are in any way disappointed, do not hesitate to give us the chance to make it right.

If your product is damaged during the shipping, please contact us immediately and no later than 14 days after receiving your package, by e-mail, including your order number, and please keep your shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items.  Attach a photo of the damaged items, if possible.

No returns or refunds will be granted later than 14 days after delivery. We advice you to contact your carrier to file a complaint in regard of the damaged package.

Shipping

ESSENTIALS by Dianne J will, under normal circumstances, ship your items on the day of your order confirmation, or at the first coming weekday upon receiving your order confirmation. In case of e.g. vacation or similar, delivery time may be longer. ESSENTIALS by Dianne J aim the usual shipping time to between 2 and 4 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation. ESSENTIALS by Dianne J is responsible for the purchase until you have received it.

As a rule ESSENTIALS by Dianne J always presupposes day-to-day delivery.

You will receive an e-mail from us, as soon as the products are shipped. Timely delivery requires that the carrier complies with day-to-day delivery. In case of delay at the carrier, the delivery is equally delayed. The shipping costs for your purchase appear from the order and the order confirmation, and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased.

The shipment is delivered to your home address or a parcel pickup location at your choice. You will receive the address of the parcel pickup location and the time of pickup at the e-mail that was used in the webshop when ordering.

14 days cancellation right

You have the right to cancel your purchase of a product within 14 days after you have received the purchased product, or until 14 days after the first shipment. You may cancel your purchase of the product by: - notifying ESSENTIALS by Dianne J hereof and returning the product - unopened and unused - refusing to receive the product while giving us clear message about this - omitting to collect the product while giving us clear message about this

You must forward a notification that you wish to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The notification should be sent to sales@essentialsbydiannej.com. You can also use a standard cancellation form and send it to ESSENTIALS By Dianne J, if you wish to cancel your purchase. The form will be sent with your order confirmation. You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept it without giving us clear message about this. We recommend that you keep your receipt or documentation that you have sent the notification and the product(s).

Return 

If you regret your purchase, the item(s) should be returned to:

The product(s) that you return must be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/product(s) until we receive it/them. So keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. The product(s) you return must be in fairly same condition as when received. You must pay the costs in connection with returning the product(s). 

Products excluded the cancellation right

Some products are excluded from the cancellation right including: – delivery of products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.

Since our products are skin care products, you will lose your cancellation right if you break the packaging or use the product, as it thus is not of health or hygiene reasons suitable to be returned.

Refund of the purchase amount

You will receive your money back, including any shipping costs charged by ESSENTIALS by Dianne J, in relation to the purchase, as soon as possible after receipt of your notification of cancellation. If you need to return a product, you will not receive your money back until ESSENTIALS by Dianne J has had the opportunity to examine the returned product.

Prices

The prices mentioned on the product pages contain the actual Vat as required legally.

We deliver inside The EU. For delivery outside The EU, please contact us directly at sales@essentialsbydiannej.com.

For purchases totalling €149,00 or less, a delivery fee is added (see EU shipping prices below). For purchases of €150,00 or more, delivery is free of charge. 

EU shipping prices: Delivery prices vary, from €6,50 domestically in Denmark to €26,25 as follows (all prices incl. Vat):

Germany, Netherlands- €15

United Kingdom, France, Poland, Czech Republic - €16,25

Sweden - €17,50

Ireland, Italy - €23,75

Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia- €23,75

Romania - €26,25
